This policy explains what information Temecula Air Shuttle collects when you use this website and book with us, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel dates, passenger and luggage details, and — for airport trips — your airline and flight number. If you create an account, we store your login and saved passenger details.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and operate your trip, assign a driver, check flight details, contact you about your booking, provide receipts and handle changes or cancellations. Drivers see the customer details they need to complete your ride.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run bookings, payments, email, text messaging, mapping and flight lookups, and when required by law.

Text messages (SMS)

If you tick the optional text-message box at checkout, Temecula Air Shuttle will text the phone number you gave about your booking: confirmations, pickup reminders, driver and trip updates, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Your choices

You can review and update your account details in My Trips. To ask us to correct or delete your information, contact reservations@temeculaairshuttle.com or call (951) 294-5291. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts.
