Before you ride
What if my flight is delayed?
Call or text (951) 294-5291 as soon as your flight changes. We watch your flight time and help reschedule for the same or next day at no extra charge when a shuttle is available. If no shared shuttle is available at the new time, the existing shared-trip policy applies: upgrade to private or a full refund minus $10.
Which airports do you serve?
San Diego (SAN), Los Angeles (LAX), Ontario (ONT), John Wayne (SNA), Palm Springs (PSP), and CBX / Cross Border Xpress. We also serve San Diego, Long Beach and San Pedro cruise ports. Online options depend on your route and date.
What is the cancellation policy?
PRIVATE • Within 3 hrs of booking: full refund minus $15 • Up to 12 hrs before pickup: full-fare voucher or 50% refund • Under 12 hrs or no-show: no refund • With Trip Protection ($30): full refund minus $30 if cancelled 6+ hrs before pickup • Reschedule online up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours, call or text us. SHARED • 24+ hrs before: $20 fee • Within 24 hrs or no-show: no refund • With Trip Protection ($10): full refund minus $10 if cancelled 6+ hrs before pickup • Flight time changed and there's no later shared run that works? You can upgrade to a private shuttle, or cancel for a $10 fee if you let us know before departure. No-shows aren't refunded. • Reschedule online up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours, call or text us. ROUND TRIPS: cancellation fee and Trip Protection are charged once per booking, not per leg.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each passenger may bring 1 checked bag and 1 carry-on. Additional bags are $4.99 each. Oversized items (golf bags, surfboards, bike boxes) need a private shuttle. Private-vehicle luggage limits are shown with your vehicle in the booking form. Tell us about all bags so we can match your group to the right vehicle.
Are car seats available?
Car seats and booster chairs are available as options on eligible private rides. Choose them when booking, or call us to confirm the right seat for your child.
Where is the Temecula Park & Ride?
South Temecula Park & Ride, 30100 Temecula Pkwy, Temecula, CA 92592. This is our main Temecula shared-shuttle pickup. Fallbrook riders use the Fallbrook Park & Ride (Caltrans lot, I-15 at SR-76 / Pala Rd) at the same seat price. Home and hotel pickup to SAN is also available inside the shared Blue and Orange zones, with the zone add-on shown above.
