How door-to-door pickup works

Every ride starts at the address you enter when you book — your home, a hotel, a winery resort or an office. There is no central lot to drive to and no parking to pay for while you travel. Private rides leave at the time you choose. Shared runs to San Diego Airport leave at 3:30 AM, then 6 AM and every 2 hours to 8 PM Pacific, with returns from SAN at 5 AM, 8 AM onward, plus 10 PM, daily; for other airports and ports, pick your time. The search shows pickup details for the run you choose.

Going to the airport? Allow for check-in and security when you choose a pickup time. Coming home? Add your airline and flight number at checkout. We check the flight on travel day, so dispatch can see an early or late arrival and plan your pickup around it.

Choosing shared or private

Shared runs to San Diego Airport leave the Temecula Valley daily at 3:30 AM, then 6 AM and every 2 hours to 8 PM Pacific; runs from San Diego leave at 5 AM, then every 2 hours from 8 AM, plus 10 PM. For other airports and ports, pick your time. A shared run is confirmed once enough riders book. If not enough book by 48 hours before departure, it's cancelled and you won't be charged.

Shared rides are priced per seat and are usually the lowest-cost way to reach the airport if you are traveling alone or as a pair. Private rides reserve the whole vehicle for your group, leave on your schedule and go straight to your terminal or front door. Families and groups often find that a private van costs about the same per person as several shared seats. The search shows both options and their live prices side by side, so you can compare before you book.

Luggage, car seats and special requests

Each vehicle option in the search lists how many passengers and bags it holds. Choose the size that fits your group and luggage. Traveling with skis, golf clubs, a stroller or extra bags?
