By using this website or booking with Temecula Air Shuttle, you agree to these terms.
Bookings
Prices shown in our search are calculated at the time of booking. Your booking is subject to vehicle and driver availability and is reviewed by our dispatch team. Payment, deposit and cancellation terms for each service are listed on our travel policy page and at checkout.
Cancellation
private
- Within 3 hrs of booking: full refund minus $15
- Up to 12 hrs before pickup: full-fare voucher or 50% refund
- Under 12 hrs or no-show: no refund
- With Trip Protection ($30): full refund minus $30 if cancelled 6+ hrs before pickup
- Reschedule online up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours, call or text us.
shared
- 24+ hrs before: $20 fee
- Within 24 hrs or no-show: no refund
- With Trip Protection ($10): full refund minus $10 if cancelled 6+ hrs before pickup
- Flight time changed and there's no later shared run that works? You can upgrade to a private shuttle, or cancel for a $10 fee if you let us know before departure. No-shows aren't refunded.
- Reschedule online up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours, call or text us.
ROUND TRIPS: cancellation fee and Trip Protection are charged once per booking, not per leg.
Rewards credit
Earn 1.5% back as account credit on your paid fare after discounts, excluding tips, gratuity, taxes, trip protection and credit applied. Credit posts after all trip legs are completed. $10 bonus after your first ride: one time, after your first eligible order booked under the program is completed. Cancelled or refunded orders do not qualify; later refunds reverse trip rewards. Staff and company accounts are excluded. Credit expires 24 months after it is earned. Stacks with the $10 round-trip discount and online discount. Use credit on all booking types. Credit has no cash value.
Your responsibilities
Please give accurate pickup details, passenger counts, luggage and flight information, and be ready at your pickup time. Passengers must follow driver instructions and applicable law.
Text messages (SMS)
If you tick the optional text-message box at checkout, Temecula Air Shuttle will text the phone number you gave about your booking: confirmations, pickup reminders, driver and trip updates, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging providers process your number only to deliver our messages. Support: (951) 294-5291 or reservations@temeculaairshuttle.com.
