Temecula Wine Country is one of Southern California's most beautiful places to get married — and one of the trickiest for guest logistics. Venues sit along rural roads, hotels are ten to twenty minutes away, and rideshare coverage after a reception ends at 10 PM is unreliable at best. A wedding shuttle solves all of it. Here's how to plan yours.
Why wedding shuttles matter here
Most wine country venues have limited cell signal and almost no rideshare availability late at night. Guests who drive themselves face dark rural roads after a night of celebrating. A shuttle keeps everyone safe, on time, and together — and your venue coordinator will thank you for it.
The shuttle plan that works
We can coordinate multiple vehicles for larger guest counts, so everyone gets where they need to be on time.
- Before the ceremony: one or two pickup runs from the hotel block to the venue, starting 45–60 minutes before the ceremony.
- During the reception: the vehicles stay available or return at a set time.
- End of the night: continuous loops back to the hotels for the last 60–90 minutes, so guests can leave when they're ready.
How many vehicles do you need?
A passenger van carries up to 14 guests per trip. For a 100-guest wedding with everyone at one hotel, two vans running loops handle it comfortably. Spread across multiple hotels or a venue further out? Add a vehicle or extend the shuttle window. Tell us your guest count, hotels and venue and we'll map it out for you.
Don't forget the wedding party
The wedding party often needs its own ride earlier in the day — to the venue for photos, between getting-ready locations, or to a late-night after-party. A separate sedan or SUV keeps the couple's timeline independent of the guest shuttles.
When to book
Wine country wedding season (spring and fall) books solid months ahead. Reserve your shuttles as soon as you have your venue and hotel block — six months out is not too early for a Saturday in October. See options on our Executive VIP page or call (951) 304-0412 to talk through your day.
