Executive VIP is the wine-tour, wedding and charter side of our family-owned Temecula transportation company, operating since 2016 from 28910 Rancho California Rd, Ste 208 in Temecula under California PUC charter-party carrier permit TCP0036592-B. Yes, two hours.
Do you have Sprinter vans?
Our group vans are Ford Transit passenger vans that seat 9 or 14, plus a 13-passenger limo bus. They are full-size vans in the same class as a Sprinter.
How many people fit in the limo bus?
Up to 13.
Can we add time on the day?
Extra time on the day is billed at the hourly rate, subject to availability.
What is the cancellation policy?
• Within 3 hrs of booking: full refund minus $15 • Up to 12 hrs before pickup: full-fare voucher or 50% refund • Under 12 hrs or no-show: no refund • With Trip Protection ($30): full refund minus $30 if cancelled 6+ hrs before pickup • Reschedule online up to 24 hours before pickup.
