Choosing the right vehicles

Match the vehicle to the group. A Lexus SUV suits one or two executives. A minivan carries a small team with luggage. Our nine- and fourteen-passenger Transit vans fit department-sized groups, and the thirteen-passenger limo bus works well for client entertainment and celebrations. Larger groups can book more than one vehicle so everyone travels together. The search shows each vehicle's passenger capacity before you book.

Hourly charters keep the same vehicle and driver with your group for the whole booking, which works well for events with several stops. Single transfers between two points are better for one-way moves, like hotel to venue.

Planning tips for event organizers

Send us the headcount, pickup addresses, venue and timeline as early as you can, especially for weekends and harvest season, when vehicles book up. Build in buffer time between stops, and tell us about guests with mobility needs or extra luggage. On the day, one coordinator should be the contact for the driver so changes are passed on quickly.

Wedding and hourly charter packages take a 20% deposit when you book, with the balance due 7 days before your date.
